Hello everyone ! Please enjoy my submission to this year RootJam : the Faceless Myriad.  This is my first fan faction, and I had a blast coming up with ideas based on this year's theme. My main goal was to find a way to have a bug-based faction that felt like it could exist in the world of Root in spite of the scale difference.

The Faceless Myriad is a colony of ants that has finally found a way to expand their territory across the woodland. Among the tumult of war, they managed to scavenge scraps and tinker constructs that they can puppeteer. In the low evening lights, they infiltrate unknowing clearings. At first this masked crafters befriend the local inhabitants, before allowing the rest of the swarm to infest the land. To spread and proliferate : this is the plan of the Faceless Myriad.
